Ingredients:

Millet, 50 g, washed

Fresh Yam, peeled, cut into pieces

Peeled ginger, 8 g sliced

Water, 400 ml

Instructions

  1. Peel the yam, and cut into pieces.
  2. Slice the peeled ginger.
  3. Add fresh yam, ginger, water, and millet to an electric cooker, and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. The congee is ready.
