Ingredients
  

  • Millet, 50 g, washed
  • Fresh Yam, peeled, cut into pieces
  • Peeled ginger, 8 g, sliced
  • Water, 400 ml

Equipment

  • An electric pressure cooker

Method
 

  1. Peel the yam, and cut into pieces
  2. Slice the peeled ginger.
  3. Add fresh yam, ginger, water, and millet to an electric cooker, and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. The congee is ready.
