Traditional Chinese medicine divides different Chinese people into nine different physiques according to the yin, yang, and five elements. Diet care

The first principle of dietary care is a balanced diet, which requires diversification of food and reflects the overall view of traditional Chinese dietary balance. Attention should also be paid to the harmony of odors. The food is given according to the season, and the appropriate diet should be selected according to the season. It is not advisable to eat cold or hot foods too much to maintain the balance of Yin and Yang in the body and protect health.
