  • Cornelian cherry, 15 g
  • Rice, 50 g
  • Water, 1000 ml

  • A pot for boiling

Method
 

  1. Add water to a pot, add rice and cornelian cherry, bring to a boil, then heat over low heat, boil for 20 minutes, turn off the heat.
  2. The congee is ready.
