- Prepare an orange, cut the top, sprinkle a pinch of salt, poke the flesh with a fork a few times to let the salt penetrate the flesh.
- Cover the cut part, put it in a steamer, and steam it for 15 minutes after the water boils.
- Eat it while it is warm.
- Eat one or two a day for 2-3 days.
